These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of hirehackers.biz and any services provided by Cyber Protection Services LLC. ("we", "us", "Hire Hackers"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
We provide cybersecurity services including, but not limited to, hacking services, penetration testing, security audits, incident response, advanced protection monitoring, and cybersecurity awareness training. The specific scope, price, and deliverables for each service are set out in a separate written agreement or quote prior to the start of any work.
2. Authorization Requirement
We only provide services on systems, accounts, or data that you own or are legally authorized to test or investigate. By engaging our services, you confirm that you hold the necessary authorization. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate any engagement where authorization cannot be reasonably verified. See also our Legal Notice.
3. Quotes, Payment & Cancellation
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Payment terms are specified in the individual service agreement or invoice.
- Cancellations made before work has commenced may be eligible for a full or partial refund, at our discretion, depending on preparatory work already undertaken.
- Once technical work has begun, fees for work completed are non-refundable.
4. Confidentiality
We treat all client information, case details, and findings as strictly confidential. Where appropriate, a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be signed prior to the commencement of work.
5. Reports & Findings
Reports and findings provided as part of our services are intended solely for the client's use and reflect the state of the systems or accounts examined at the time of testing. We do not guarantee that systems will remain free of vulnerabilities following our engagement, as new threats emerge continuously.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cyber Protection Services LLC.'s total liability arising from any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid for that specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, except where such exclusion is not permitted by law (including liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, which is never excluded).
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and materials remain the property of Cyber Protection Services LLC. Reports and deliverables provided to clients may be used internally by the client but may not be redistributed or resold without written consent.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with written notice, subject to the terms of the specific service agreement. Fees for work completed up to the point of termination remain payable.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of USA.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
